KDA_4_20211A2 - --There was a rubber spatula stored as clean in a drawer located in the kitchen area that had a deep crack on the blade of the spatula. COS item was discarded.

4-302.14 - --Do not have chlorine test strips and bleach water was being used in a sanitary bucket. COS-dumped the bucket and will only use Quaternary Ammonia.
KDA_3_30414B1 - --On a cart by the 3 compartment sink there was a green plastic bucket with bleach/soap water and it measured at 0ppm. COS-an employee dumped the bleach/soap water and replaced it with Quaternary Ammonia and it measured at 200ppm.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --On the food line counter there was a large black plastic food grade tub with cut salad at 45.7F. It was placed out around 10:50am and tempted around 10:57am. COS-placed back in the WIC until the second shift lunch arrives at 11:25am. (Note: the product will be consumed quickly, less than 4 hours).
