KDA_7_20111B - --One open bottle of bleach and one not, with both stored on a shelf near the laundry machines over boxes of packaged potato chips - COS as manager removed chemical bottles from the top storage shelf. KDA_Defacto - --All freezers with foods frozen solid. Display RIC / WIC: 43 F on exterior of packaged deli sandwiches, 42 F on milk container.
