The food was in direct contact with the plastic. Advised PIC to move food to food grade plastic.

KDA_4_60111C - --Most of the equipment in the kitchen needs cleaned. There is a large accumulation of dried and old food/dirt on the prep tables and wok station. The frigidaire RIC had roach feces on the back panel. Advised to clean.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --The soda nozzles have a large accumulation of biofilm slime in them. Advised to clean.
KDA_5_20515B - --The North handwashing sink drains slow and backs up into the basin of the sink. The South handwashing sink drain pipe leaks.
