There is also mineral deposits, mold, and sticky resdiue on and around the ice chute and soda nozzles on the soda fountain. KDA_4_90311A - --In the kitchen pizza boxes were stored directly on the floor. KDA_Defacto - --In the dry storage area there was a bottle labeled bleach water stored next to RTE drinks. The bottle was empty.
