Corrected on site (COS): items dated for seven days instead of eight. These items represent approximately ten percent of total items needing date-marking. KDA_4_60111A - --Three clear plastic food containers had partial sticker debris. These represent approximately ten% of total containers stored as clean. Corrected on site (COS): Discussed more thorough cleaning procedures and moved to warewashing area for additional cleaning. KDA_4_60211E4 - --Two soda nozzles were soiled on their inner surface with a mold-like slime. Discussed more thorough cleaning procedures.
