4-302.14 - --No test strips are available in the establishment.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --Power bar sample held in small reach in cooler (RIC) was at 54.3F. Bar box states "Keep refrigerated." Ambient air (AA) of small RIC was 48.2F. COS: Person in charge (PIC) chose to discard samples.
KDA_4_30111 - --Small RIC had AA at 49.2F. COS: All PHF removed from cooler.
KDA_5_10311B - --There is no hot water available at the two-compartment sink in the kitchen. COS: Hot water was turned off at source. Inspector showed PIC how to turn hot water back on at valve.
KDA_Defacto - --AA of large RIC was 38.3F. No potentially hazardous foods (PHF) were currently stored in RIC. --Frozen good. --In restroom only. --No warewashing occurring during inspection. Utensils are used to cut PHF for product samples. No sanitizer or approved warewashing facilities visible. --PIC unaware of pest management activity. No issues at time of inspection.
