3-501.17(B) - --[3-501.17(B)(2)] In the walk in cooler there was a commercially processed container of sour cream with a best buy date of 1/1/16. COS-discarded.
KDA_3_50118A1 - --In the WIC there was a large plastic food grade container of cut cantaloupe date marked 12/30/15 (held past 7 days). There was an open container of garlic and oil (keep refrigerated) with a discard date of 11/16, it was opened on 11/15 (held past 7 days). COS-discarded.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --On the utensil rack there was one medium sized plastic lid that was melted, one red square plastic lid with a broken edge and one medium sized plastic food grade container with a melted bottom (not easy to clean). COS-discarded. On a hook above a food prep counter there were 2 rubber spatulas with cracked edges. COS-pulled aside to trim the edges smooth. There was also one black plastic tong the was melted on the outside. COS-discarded. On a speed rack and on a shelf below a prep table, there were 3 medium and 2 large cutting boards with chipped edges (physical hazard) and the corners were slit (not smooth and not easy to clean). COS-discarded.

There was a plastic lid with a sticker left on it and stored clean. There was a plastic serving tray with sticker residue left on the bottom and stored clean. (Stickers/residue can hold bacteria). COS-moved to the ware wash area. On a hook above the microwave there were to basting brushes with food debris and oil left on the brushes and stored clean. COS-discarded. On the magnetic strip there was one knife with dried food debris on the blade and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area. On a shelf in a plastic container there was one black plastic spoon with dried food debris on the food contact surface and stored clean. There was also a black plastic spoon with a sticker left on the handle and stored clean. On a hook there were 2 black plastic tongs with dried food debris and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area. On the utensil rack to the right of the 3 compartment sink, there was one long metal food grade pan with dried food debris and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area.
KDA_4_60111C - --There is dust build up on the pressure system pipes and light fixtures above the stove/fryer.
KDA_6_50111 - --In the ware wash area, the base board is peeling away from the wall.
KDA_6_50112A - --In the ware wash area, there is minor mold build up on the back splash and in the corner crevice of the wall.
KDA_7_20111A - --On the utensil rack to the right of the 3 compartment sink there was a box of freezer bags and a box of aluminum foil being stored directly next to a box of EcoLab Multi-Quat Sanitizer and a box of EcoLab Soilmaster (enzyme activated presoak & silver detarnisher). COS-removed the freezer bags and aluminum foil.(Note: no leakage detected).
