KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the Turbo Air Cooler there is an open bag of chopped lettuce with no date of opening on the bag. When asked, the kitchen manager said that it was opened on Friday (10/2). Corrected on Site (COS) - she dated the bag with the opening date upon request.
KDA_5_20212A - --The hand sink by the entrance to the kitchen is reaching 81.1 F after running for 5+ minutes. The is the hand sink normally used by kitchen staff due to the hand sink by the dry storage room always taking a long time to warm up - per the kitchen manager. For the time being, the kitchen staff may use the 3 vat sink (heated to 104.3 F in less than 30 seconds) to wash their hands. Alternatively, the hand sink in the ware washing area is reaching proper hand washing temperatures as well. A follow up inspection will be completed to ensure that the hand sink not reaching proper hand washing temperatures is fixed.
