KDA_2_30114G - --The employee working the grill (wearing gloves) handled raw frozen ground beef patties and placed them on the grill. The employee then went to the sandwich make line and opened the cooler and grabbed a single slice of ready to eat ham and placed on the grill. Corrected on site (COS): Educated about raw to ready to eat foods and employee washed his hands. The ham was voluntarily discarded in the trash can.
KDA_3_30412B - --In the bulk ice machine, the metal ice scoop was setting in the ice with the handle touching the ice. COS: Manager set the ice scoop so the handle was no longer touching the ice.
KDA_3_30412F - --In-use utensils for use in the steam oven for McRibs was stored in water at room temperature. COS: The manager said they are changed every 4 hours and labeled the container with a time and then changed out the utensils.
KDA_4_20216 - --The handle on the True Freezer is broken/missing.
KDA_4_50111B - --The door seal on the True Freezer is torn. Foods are maintained frozen.

KDA_7_20111B - --Above the grill there was a spray bottle of degreaser on the shelf and it was pointed directly toward uncovered bacon slices. COS: The degreaser was moved to the chemical area. On the wire shelving by the make table, there was a spray bottle of multi-surface cleaner hanging directly above a box of peanuts. COS: The spray bottle was moved to the chemical area.
