5-202.14 - --At the mop sink, that is equipped with an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB), a y-valve with shut-off valves is installed at the end of the faucet. The shut-off valves place the AVB in a constant pressure application for which the device is not approved. The AVB also leaks when the water supply is turned on indicating the AVB is in defaulted condition.
