KDA_3_10111 - --A date sticker was stored on top and underneath slices of turkey in the sandwich MT. COS Date sticker was removed, 2 turkey slices were discarded. KDA_3_30212 - --In the baker station, a bottle of clear liquid was hanging above the prep table. PIC said it was water. COS Bottle was labeled. At the egg station, a bottle of clear liquid was stored on top of the RIC that contained RTE food. PIC said it was water. COS Bottle was labeled. KDA_4_20211A2 - --There were cracked food contact plastic containers and pitchers that was stored as clean on a storage rack. COS Container and pitcher was discarded. KDA_4_20211A3 - --In the baker station, a cracked lid was stored on a container filled with sesame seeds. COS Lid was discarded. KDA_4_70311C1 - --Dishes had been washed and was still left in the mechanical dishwasher. The dishwasher sanitizer was tested by inspector and there was no presence of a chlorine sanitizer. PIC called contracted repairman during inspection. COS Dishwasher was repaired during inspection. Chlorine 100ppm. KDA_7_20111A - --Red bucket filled with Quat sanitizer was stored on the counter next to coffee filter. COS Bucket was removed. KDA_7_20111B - --Red bucket filled with Quat sanitizer was stored above the egg station RIC that was filled with RTE food. COS Bucket was removed and placed on bottom shelf.
