There was grease accumulation on the food contact surface of three spatulas stored as clean on the wall behind the food slicer east of the 3-vat sink. The employee did not know the last time the spatulas were used. "Corrected on site" (COS-cleaned). There was an unlabeled spray bottle of clear solution hanging under the dishmachine. The solutions in the bottles were Pine Sol (yellow) and bleach (clear), as per owner. (COS-labeled). KDA_7_20111B - --A spray bottle of bathroom cleaner was stored over a package of uncooked pasta noodles west of the kitchen restroom door. (COS-cleaner was moved).
