KDA_4_20311 - --Three stem thermometers being used to measure food temperatures are inaccurate by 22 degrees - they all read 10F when placed in ice slush. COS - demonstrated calibration - emphasized ice slush, not ice water - ice should not float. Recommend that they get more ice cube trays to provide an adequate amount and depth of ice for proper and accurate calibration.
