KDA_4_20211A2 - --3 plastic lids: one stored as clean, one covering cooked chicken and one covering taco meat on line with cracks in rims of lids. KDA_4_60111A - --Stored as clean on shelving for clean equipment across from prep table top, 12 metal pans with visible food debris on surface. Stored as clean on rack for clean utensils, one set of measuring spoons with visible food debris buildup and 4 ladles with visible food debris buildup on surface. KDA_4_60111C - --Food debris buildup on handle of quesadilla maker. KDA_4_60213 - --Underside of soda fountain in consumer area, where nozzles attach is soiled with dirt and limescale buildup. KDA_5_20515B - --Hot water leaks from handsink in kitchen area. PIC had turned it off so that no hot water was available at handsink. Inspector explained that hot water must always be at the handsinks. She stated the management is aware of the problem. Water leak at the sink behind the wall used to soak dirty dishes as well. PIC explained that they have to catch the water in a bucket or the leak floods the floor. Management is aware of this leak as well. KDA_6_30114 - --No handwashing signage at handsink in drivethru area. COS supplied KDA_6_501114A - --One hotbox that is not functional and one reach in freezer that is not functional are stored in the kitchen area. KDA_6_50112A - --Cups, litter, and trash in drive thru area in space between soda fountain and table top. KDA_7_20111A - --Working spray bottle of sanitizer stored on shelving next to and touching box of single use straws in cabinet under service counter/soda machine area. KDA_7_20111B - --Paper towels stored on rack in back area under boxes of sanitizer, spray bottle of degreaser, and box of cleaner. KDA_8_30411A - --Current license not posted. License that was posted was expired as of 3/31/15. PIC was able to locate current license. KDA_Defacto - --Bucket of sanitizer on counter in corner where quesadillas are prepped, but splash zone area of sanitizer will not contaminate food.
