The owner said she has already ordered a replacement for this machine. The shelf to the left of the door in the walk-in-cooler is chipping near the bottom, leaving the wood of the shelf exposed. KDA_4_50213A - --There is a single-use sour cream and cottage cheese container being reused to store corn dogs. KDA_4_60111A - --The lid to the coconut pie has sticker residue on the outside of it. This was identified as remaining from the original manufacturer's labeling. COS - the owner took the lid to be cleaned. KDA_4_60111C - --The vent hood above the fryers and grill has an accumulation of grease and debris in it. The fan covers in the walk-in-cooler have slight dust/dirt accumulation on them. KDA_4_90311B - --In the back storage room there are glass pitchers and bowls that are being stored neither covered nor inverted. KDA_5_20212A - --The public restroom hand sink is reaching 86.9 F. COS - the owners turned the hot water heater that is separate from the rest of the establishment up. The sink began providing 100 F+ water. KDA_6_20211A - --The light in the walk-in-cooler is unshielded. KDA_6_20215A3 - --There is a narrow 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap along the bottom/top thresholds of the back door. KDA_6_30114 - --There is no hand washing sign posted in the public restroom. Corrected on Site (COS) - provided with sign to be posted. KDA_6_50112A - --There is debris on the floor below shelves in the walk-in-cooler. There is dust/dirt on the floor below the ice machine. KDA_7_10211 - --There is a bucket labeled Vanilla Icing that the owner identified as being their sanitizer for wiping down tables. COS - she labeled the bucket sanitizer. KDA_7_20111B - --There is a bucket of sanitizer sitting on top of a freezer storing food in the kitchen. COS - the owner moved this bucket.
