KDA_3_10111 - --In the True RIC, there is a container of molded baked beans, a bagged salad mix that is spoiled, and a 3-pack of raw biscuits that have exploded out of the roll containers. The following foods were not date-marked, and the PIC does not know when they were opened or prepared: chili, Pace Picante sauce, milk, fried rice, & cocktail wieners in sauce. At the bar, there is a container of Bloody Mary mix with mold around the top of the container. COS by VD KDA_3_30111B - --An employee is making hamburgers and hot dogs, handling the buns with his bare hands. COS - educated, then he used single service gloves for the rest of the inspection. KDA_3_30414B1 - --Wet wiping cloths on the food prep counters are not stored in sanitizer solution as required. KDA_3_40111A2 - the following if they are COMMINUTED: FISH, MEAT, GAME ANIMALS commercially raised for FOOD, and GAME ANIMALS under a voluntary USDA inspection program KDA_3_50118A1 - --The following foods were in the True RIC, dated as being opened on the dates shown, held over 7 days: sour cream 7-22-15 KDA_4_30212A - --They do not have a probe thermometer which registers any lower than 50F - they have only meat thermometers.
