After becoming a victim of downsizing from a company I'd planned to retire from, I decided to pursue my life-long dream of owning a coffee shop. I cashed in most of my 401K and bought a cute little coffee stand in Central Point and opened in August of 2006. My goal is to provide a place where customers are treated as individuals, with individual tastes and desires. Just because it isn't on the menu, it doesn't mean that I won't at least try to make it for you.
We serve locally roasted Goodbean Coffee,as well as Jet Tea Smoothies,Italian Sodas, snacks, tea and lemonade. Our Gypsy Delights (specialty coffee drinks) are made to order; hot, iced, blended, extra sweet, sugar free, creamy, non-fat,etc. We have a large variety of flavors, too many to list on the menu. Gypsy Java is locally owned and operated. We are located three miles north of Costco on Highway 62, between the Army Navy Surplus Store and West Coast Appliances.
