KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is minor mold build up in the pop nozzles at the soda fountain machine. There is pink slim behind the plastic ice chutes at the soda fountain machine. There is dried food debris build up on the Creamy French Vanilla dispenser inside of the Cappuccino machine.

KDA_5_20212A - --The handsink is reading 81.6F. The person in charge called for it to be serviced. (Note: placing a booster heater).

KDA_4_10111A - --In a lower cabinet there was a non-food grade plastic Sterilite container in direct contact with popcorn kernels. COS-placed in a food grade container.
