KDA_3_50116A2 - --The Migali reach in cooler had an ambient temperature of 48 and was holding chicken at 49.2, eggrolls at 49. Items were moved to Walk In Cooler. On the salad bar, cut lettuce was held at 53. The salad bar was re-iced with water and ice to reach the sides of the pan and the temperature was the 40.
