KDA_4_60111C - --The fan covers in the WIC are dusty. There are coffee grounds on the shelves of the cupboards below the coffee station. KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is a large accumulation of mold inside the ice maker. Also, the soda nozzles have an accumulation of sticky residue around them and on them.
