Bucket of soap water, per employee, stored on shelf next to box of gloves on service line. Bucket of sanitizer, per label, stored on lower shelf of prep line next to lids for pans. Lids are used in between service lines to cover food. COS moved KDA_Defacto - --Contracted pest control comes monthly --Sanitizer vat is filled with quat that is noticeably pink. solution tests at over 400ppm per inspector's test strip, but registers at 400ppm quat with establishment strips.
