KDA_4_60111C - --The bun racks have an accumulation of lent debris. The exterior of the WIC has an accumulation of lent debris and black sticky residue. KDA_6_20215A3 - --There are gaps in the exterior doors that are more than1/4 inches and it is potential for insects and rodents to enter. KDA_6_50112A - --The basement flooring under the syrup storage and behind equipment and under shelving has an accumulation of trash debris and sticky residue. The floors in the serving area under equipment have an accumulation of black sticky residue. The ceiling and vent covers in the ceiling, in the back rooms, have an accumulation of lent debris. KDA_6_50116 - --There were two wet mops laying in the wringer scrunched and not hanging to air dry.
