KDA_3_50116A2 - --Hot dogs on a hot-dog unit not in operations (turned off) temped at 69.7F. Person in charge said hotdogs are placed in unit for 30 minutes to one hour, and then are moved to the hotdog unit in operations to reheat. It was suggested that facility uses time as as control measure, keep hotdogs hot-held or cold-held. Corrected on site. Person in charge reheated hotdogs and will from now on keep hotdogs cold-held until ready to reheat.
