There are 2 rodent bait traps on the outside of exit door a 1 rodent bait trap on the east side on the inside of the exit door. The facility has Terminix as their Pest Control Business. Terminix was in the facility on 8/12/15 and no evidence was noted.

  • KDA_6_501111A - --There are 20 fresh rodent excreta on the north wall of the storage room on the middle shelves and on the bottom shelves of the returned product. There is 20 fresh rodent excreta on the floor/wall junctions on the southeast wall of the storage area (receiving) next to the water heaters. REPEATED. There is 10 fresh rodent excreta along the south wall of the storage area (receiving). REPEATED. NOTE: Observed 2 bait stations on the inside of the exit door to the storage room and 2 bait stations on the door leaving the storage room going into the facility. There is 1 exterior traps on the outside of the facility, approximately 10 feet from the storage room exit door. The facility was treated by the pest control company on 12/14/15 (paperwork for the treatment was provided).
