3-302.11(A)(2) - --In the Superior RIC, raw shell eggs were stored on a wire shelf above raw bacon. COS PIC was educated, and eggs were moved to the bottom shelf. KDA_3_10111 - --In the bar area, "Wild Turkey Whiskey, Dewar's Whiskey, W.L. Weller Whiskey, Red Label Whiskey, and Chivas Regal Whiskey had small flies inside of the bottles. COS Bottles contents were discarded. KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the CRC RIC, buttermilk (pan and carton), taco meat, and cooked chicken wings did not have a prepared or discarded date. PIC said buttermilk carton was open and put in the pan on 1/9. Taco meat was prepared on 1/9 and chicken wings were prepared 1/10. COS Food items were marked. In the MT RIC, cooked roast beef did not have a open or discard date. PIC said it was prepared 1/12. COS roast beef was dated. KDA_3_50118A3 - --In the Superior RIC, cooked rice and cooked refried beans did not have a prepared or discard date. PIC said it was made last week on 1/5. The food has been stored for more than 7 days. COS Food was discarded. KDA_6_50116 - --In the kitchen by the warewashing area, a wet mop was stored inside of mop bucket to dry. KDA_Defacto - --3 compartment sink not set up.
