It was tempted around 2:45pm (less than 4 hours). COS-kept in the reach in cooler. The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 38.7F. KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the reach in cooler below the make table there was an open container of pulled pork without a date. An employee said it was opened on 11/3/15. COS-date marked the item. In the make table there were 3 ziplock bags of canadian bacon and sausage without dates. An employee said they were opened around lunch time on 11/4/15 (past 24 hours). COS-date marked all of the bags. KDA_4_60111A - --In a cabinet below the pizza oven, the large metal produce slicer had dried food debris on the blades and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area. KDA_4_60111C - --There is dust on the fan blowers inside of the walk in cooler. KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is pink slime and mold on the inside of the ice machine by the plastic ice deflector. KDA_6_20211A - --The light fixture above the ice machine and the soda syrup boxes does not have a protective cover. KDA_7_10211 - --There was a plastic bucket on the floor in the pizza station with clear liquid and not labeled. An employee said it was soap and water. COS-labeled bucket.
