Container of icing was stored on the floor of the bakery department. KDA_3_50113B - --A cooked bag of frozen pasta was thawing in sink in water 88F. COS, pasta removed. KDA_3_50116A1 - --Mashed potatoes 127F was in the hot holding display case. PIC stated the mashed potatoes prepared less than 20 minutes ago. COS, mashed potatoes removed and heated up to 165F before place them back into the display case. Beef soup 127F,and chicken soup 129 was hot holding in the self-sever soup warmer. PIC stated the soup was just placed into the warmer. COS, soup reheated to 165F before returning to the soup warmer. KDA_4_60111A - --Dried food debris was on the blade of the can opener. Dried food debris was food storage containers that were stored as clean on storage rack. COS, items removed for cleaning and storage. House flies and drain flies were resting on clean food contact surface and food contact equipment. KDA_4_60111B - --Cooking pans were encrusted with grease deposits were hanging and stored as clean. KDA_4_60211E4 - --Dried debris were on nozzles of the soda fountain. KDA_4_90311A - --Single-serve food container were stored on the floor in the bakery department.
