KDA_2_40111 - --There is an open bottle of water (personal use) sitting on top of a prep area counter.
KDA_3_30211A1b - --In the white cooler by the grill there is a ziploc bag of raw hamburger patties stored on the shelf directly above a bag of shredded cheese in the drawer below. COS - this was rearranged.
KDA_3_30212 - --There are unlabeled items throughout the kitchen that were identified as olive oil, water, flour, sugar, paprika, and meat rub. There is salt and pepper mixture in a container that is labeled as garlic.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --The owners said that their sauces are made homemade. They are not dating these sauces because they were not aware they needed to. The bbq sauce, hot sauce, tex mex sauce, and alabama sauce containers were all made on Friday (1/8/16). COS - all containers were dated.
KDA_4_60111A - --On a shelf of clean dishes there is a pitcher with a sticker remaining from the original manufacturer's labeling of the container. COS - the owner said that she doesn't remember the last time this was used and removed it.
KDA_4_60111C - --There is a buildup of grease in the vent hood.
KDA_4_90311B - --There are non-inverted and uncovered plastic food containers and stainless steel bowls on shelves in the kitchen.

KDA_7_10211 - --There is an unlabeled bottle with a yellow liquid inside with the cleaning chemicals below the soda fountain. The owner is unsure what this is and said she does not recall them ever having used it and that much of the stuff in this area is left over from the previous owners. COS - she dumped it out.

Lynch Sauce - 38.9 F White cooler by Grill: Beef - 39.1 F White cooler by Back Door: Chicken & Rice Soup - 38.5 F The make table is not working. The items in the make table are on ice. Recommended placing the containers deeper in the ice so that more than the bottom of the containers are in contact with the ice.
