COS-Education and sliced turkey had not come in direct contact with the employees gloved hands the 1st layer of wrap was discarded before continuing to process the turkey for service.
- KDA_3_50116A2 - --In east food production line, sliced tomato 45.6. COS- Employee explained tomato sliced less than 4 hours earlier. Container placed in walk in cooler to chill to 41.0.
- KDA_4_30212A - --In kitchen, no thermometer available for checking internal food temperatures of cold foods. COS-Manager sent employee out to purchase a thermometer and he returned with it before end of inspection.
- KDA_5_50117 - --No covered trash can available in women's toilet room.
- KDA_7_10211 - --In back area by walk in cooler, 2 spray bottles of blue liquid not labeled. COS-Employee identified chemical as Windex glass cleaner and labeled bottles. In back kitchen, on chemical shelf, a spray bottle of green liquid in bottle not labeled. COS-Employee identified spray bottle as degreaser. Employee labeled to correct.
- KDA_Defacto - --Facility uses shift marking for date marking with most foods expired in 3.5 to 5.0 days. --walk in cooler,Bulk ham 38.6, turkey 41.2, roast beef 41.6, production line coolers, Roast beef 40.3, sliced tomato 38.2, ham sliced 40.3, sliced turkey 40.3, lettuce, 40.6. Frozen foods ok.
