KDA_3_60311C - --There was not a reminder asterisk for the beef/steak fajitas that can be cooked to order. COS PIC corrected all the menus during inspection.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --A soiled food contact stainless steel container had cracks on the side of the container. COS Container was discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --3 knives were stored as clean on a knife magnetic strip on the wall in the prep area. COS Knives were removed and placed in the warewashng area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Stored as clean, plastic food contact containers were stored inside the MT 1 and MT 2 with visible food debris in the interior surface. COS Containers were removed and placed in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
