PIC stated the cooked beef had been on the Steam table since 7 AM. COS, cooked beef removed from the steam table and reheated to 165F before place back on the steam table. Sausage and egg biscuits 90.F were in the hot holding unit. PIC stated the sausage and egg biscuits were placed in the hot holding unit at 7 AM. COS, the sausage reheated to 165F, and PIC turned up the thermostat on hot holding unit. KDA_4_60211E4 - --A pink mold was on the ice plate inside the ice bin. PIC stated the liquid in the container with the clothe towels was bleach. A spray bottle with purple liquid without a common name was under the 3 compartment sink.
