PIC said they were made around 9:30AM on 1/6/2016. COS Item was date marked. There was a pan of rice, shredded chicken, pork, and taco meat cooked in the establishment being stored on the bottom shelf in the RIC-2(single door) with no use by date on the containers. PIC said they were made around 9:30AM on 1/6/2016. COS items were date marked. KDA_4_20211A2 - --There was a pair of black plastic tongs that were stored as clean on a shelf above the three vat sink that were burnt. COS item was discarded. KDA_4_60111A - --There was a plastic food grade pitcher being stored as clean on shelf above the three vat sink that had sticker residue on it from a previous use. COS Item was placed in the three vat sink. KDA_4_60111C - --There is dried grease buildup on the hood filters located in the kitchen area.
