KDA_Defacto - --151 - 168 F on mixed vegetables on stove top 177 F chicken tenders in Blodgett oven. --169.5 F on 6th run through the hot water sanitizing dish wash machine. The Hobart dish wash machine in use has an instruction plate on the machine for a low water temperature chemical sanitizing dish wash machine. If possible I would recommend that the machine be converted over to where a chlorine bottle and pump might be able to be installed and then dispensed along with rinse cycle water. --See sanitizing --WIC: 38.7 F pan of peas 9/10 date mark 38.5 F burrito 36.3 F cottage cheese All freezers with foods frozen solid Milk cooler - 41 F on exterior of milk carton
