- KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the LG reach in cooler, there was no date marking on one opened container of milk. The volunteer said she opened the milk on Friday (1/22). (cos-milk dated)
- KDA_4_20211A2 - --In the north food storage room, there was a cracked plastic lid covering a container of sugar. In the kitchen, the counter that is used as a food contact surface is cracked and has open seams. The employee was using the surface during the inspection by making sandwiches on the counter. (cos-sugar container lid discarded and cutting boards will be used as a food contact surface instead of the counter).
- KDA_4_60111A - --In the kitchen located in the west cabinet, there were three plastic containers stored as clean with part of the plastic film still in contact around the top of the container. In the kitchen located in the west pull-out drawer, there was two food choppers stored as clean with dried food debris around the blades. (cos-moved to the three compartment sink)
