KDA_2_30114F - --An employee handled a sanitizer rag then touched RTE chicken (3 pieces) using the same pair of gloves. COS- educated staff on proper handwashing. Employee voluntarily discarded the chicken, removed gloves and washed her hands correctly before donning new gloves.
KDA_3_30414B1 - --There were wet sanitizer rags sitting out on the food prep line not in the proper chemical storage.
KDA_3_50119A1a - --There was no written procedure available for the time control policy being utilized. Per the PIC, lettuce and cheese are held at room temperature for 2 hours and 6 hours respectively before being voluntarily discarded. COS- PIC created a new written policy.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --There was mold build up inside the upper inside portion of the bulk ice machine. There was mold build up inside the ice chutes of the soda units in the lobby. There was mold build up along the upper portion around the soda dispensing nozzles on the soda units in the lobby.
KDA_5_20515B - --There was a leak at the secondary handsink on the backside of the prep line. COS- plumber corrected during inspection. The filter is leaking at the carbonation unit in the back. PIC stated maintenance has been called, unsure of scheduled visit.
