KDA_3_10111 - --Observed a fly land on a customers' RTE sandwich. Inspection notified the PIC. COS PIC discarded the sandwich.
KDA_4_10111D - --The front meat MT cutting board had deep grooves. Inspector suggested to replace the cutting board or getting it resurfaced.
