In wait station area, carbonator to east beverage station backflow prevention device is clogged and jammed down into a floor drain. Drain lines to a backflow prevention device on a carbonator must be directed to the floor in case of failure. A leaking backflow prevention device is showing the device has failed and needs replaced. No violation cited. --Note: facility having issues with sandwich make table, facility using ice in container holding bin to keep food cool.
