KDA_3_50118A2 - --Located in the RIC under make table 1, there was a container of house made tuna salad with no date mark. Employee indicated that it had been opened 8/7. COS- employee marked date. Located in the RIC under make table 3, there was a container of diced tomatoes with no date mark. Employee indicated that the tomatoes had been diced on 8/7. COS- employee marked date.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located in the RIC under make table 1,there was a plastic container with a broken corner that was being used to store cooked bacon. COS- moved bacon to new container and discarded broken container. On the utensil rack, there was a cracked plastic spatula. COS- discarded. There was a broken guard on the Robocoop. COS- employee pulled guard off of unit until he can get a new one.
KDA_4_50111A - --There was a leak coming from the fan unit in the WIC.
