KDA_4_60111A - --There were several sandwich trays next to the sandwich oven that were soiled with food debris. COS- moved to wash area. On the storage rack, there was one metal container and one metal lid stored as clean that were soiled with food debris. COS- moved to wash area. On the drying rack, there was a ladle stored as clean that was soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area. KDA_4_60111C - --There was dried food debris on the bottom shelves of the Turbo Chef ovens. There were utensils being stored on a storage container that had food debris on it. KDA_4_60211E4 - --There was mold on the ice chute located on the soda dispenser. KDA_4_90311B - --On the clean dish storage rack, there were several scoops that were being stored not inverted.
