  • KDA_3_40311A - --The manager reheated in the microwave and placed in the counter top hot hold cabinet, prepared on site chorizo burritos 147.5 Corrected on site Educated manager of reheat to 165 for 15 seconds for prepared on site burritos that are going to be placed in hot hold. Manager finished reheat on prepared on site burritos.
