  • KDA_3_20215 - --There was a 6lb 8oz can of Mission Pride Sliced Yellow Cling Peaches on the food storage shelf with a large dent along the top edge compromising the seal. COS- PIC moved the can to an area with other returns and marked the can.
  • KDA_5_20515B - --The atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) on the mop sink faucet is consistently leaking when the water is turned on. There is a hose attached that hangs on the faucet and is not below the flood rim level.
  • KDA_Defacto - --3 vat not set up, PIC discussed process and QT/Chlorine test strips were provided. --meatballs 39 (walk in cooler) milk 40 (reach in cooler 1) milk 38 (reach in cooler 2) --There is a pest control company contracted, last visit 8/4. No activity. --There was an opened package of sliced turkey in the walk in cooler without any date marking. Employee stated that she opened the package today 10/9. COS- employee dated. There was a container of cooked taco meat in the walk in cooler that was dated 9/14. Employee stated the product was made and frozen on 9/14 and was moved from the freezer to the walk in cooler today 10/9 for thawing and will be used Monday 10/12. Educated staff member on required updated date marking when removing a cooked item from the freezer. --Wiping cloth QT measured at 200ppm, test strips provided.
