KDA_3_30211A1a - --Raw Shell Eggs in the RIC were stored above packaged heads of lettuce. No sign of leaking or contamination and PIC COS by separating.
KDA_6_30114 - --No sign or poster at the toilet room handwashing sinks, bar handwashing sink, and the kitchen handwashing sink.
KDA_Defacto - --Chicken Breast that was cooked at 11AM was temped at 68 and 67 at 1255PM in the MT. Chicken was in a sealed, plastic container. Educated PIC on proper cooling methods and provided cooling handout.
