KDA_6_20215A3 - --The south side kitchen exit door has a visible gap at the bottom. The front double doors have a visible gap at the bottoms.
KDA_6_30112 - --Kitchen Hand Washing Sink did not have disposable towels or other hand drying provision available. PIC sent employee to get disposable towels and COS by providing towels.
KDA_6_30114 - --Men's and Women's Toilet Rooms did not have a sign or poster reminding food employees to wash their hands. COS by providing two hand washing stickers.
KDA_Defacto - --Facility did not have CL sanitizer on site at the start of inspection. Facility was not washing and PIC had employee get CL sanitizer and it was on site before inspection was completed. KDA_3_30412D - In-use utensil storage (Running water) During pauses in FOOD preparation or dispensing, FOOD preparation and dispensing UTENSILS used with moist FOOD such as ice cream or mashed potatoes shall be stored in running water of sufficient velocity to flush particulates to the drain.
KDA_6_20215A3 - Outer openings (Doors) Outer openings of a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.
KDA_6_30112 - Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with: Individual, disposable towels- a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel- a heated-air hand drying device- or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
