Rhode to Fitness provides strength training and fat loss services specifically for individuals over 40. 80% of our members are women. Our most successful members attend 10 exercise sessions per month. These sessions are carried out in both a small and large class setting. Our "self-paced" exercise sessions are built around fundamental human movements and last between 40 and 50 minutes. Our dedicated and passionate staff members hold degrees and are certified and share a combined 30 years of experience in the field. We are changing the way fitness is done and we look forward to meeting you soon!
