Discussed with the PIC about the complaint, and question how genuine the claim stands. He explained to me that the restaurant has a cleaning company that routinely handles all trash, drains,cleaning products and supplies. He stated that he will find out what really happened, because He never had any complaint from anyone, since they opened 9yrs ago. No immediate food safety concerns were seen or observed, at the establishment.
The Business has NO written employee's health policy for food-borne illness, a copy is given to the PIC.
