One of the walls in the toilet room is brick. This is not a smooth easily cleanble surface.
Facility must obtain and updated C of O that shows the operation on 2 levels.
When all noted violations have been completed contact, Mr. Taylor, Area Supervisor at 202-535-2180 to request an re-inspection.
No food present at the time of the inspection.
FACILITY NOT APPROVED FOR ISSUANCE OF BASIC BUSINESS LICENSE AT THIS TIME.
