Operator removed items placed in walk in cooler that was maintaining 41F or below, and adjusted thermostat on cooler, employee had a box sitting on top of cooler by thermostat and had moved the dial on thermostat, this occurred around 1:00-1:30 p.m. Corrected On Site.
  • Observed reach in cooler, and freezer gasket torn/in disrepair, double door cooler near ice machine. The gasket is torn loose in one section and doesn't hold a tight seal.
