Person In Charge informed me there was a power cut, she was able to tell me at what time the power went off.

Salami 53 degrees, roast beef slices 53 degrees, makeline reach in cooler [lower]. Call Back found the slice beef at 52 degrees, ham at 52 degrees, turkey at 52 degrees, salami at 52 degrees. Ham is dated 3/7/11. All in the prep cooler at the makeline area. Manager on duty informed me all potentially hazardous foods were in the reach in from 3/13/11. [THERMOMETER WAS CALIBRATED BEFORE THE MANAGER AND A SECOND TEMPERATURE TAKEN. THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE OF THE REACH IN COOLER WAS ALSO 52 DEGREES.
