Cut tomatoes, onions, cheese milk etc in walkin cooler at 46-49°F, beef in reachin cooler 46°F ( ambient temperature in beef cooler now at 39°F, beef placed in unit while still warm as per manager). Maintenance called and is on way to establishment. **Warning**on callback observed blue cheese at 46°F, cheese 46°F, cheese 46°F, beef 43°F in walkin cooler, ambient temperature in walkin cooler is 39°F. Also beef at 50°F in small meat cooler next to cook line . Beef in cooler next to cook line was moved to walkin cooler for cooling and cold holding.
