Observation: Wooden bar cooler (3 door) was temped @ 44*F. No TCS (time/temp control for safety) food was stored in the cooler at the time of inspection. May not use cooler for storage of TCS food until it can maintain 41*F or less.

Observation: Floor under the bar taps and 3 door bottle cooler is in very poor condition, and is soiled.
