Caulk around 1) Hand sink in back kitchen area, 2) Hand sink in front area, 3) On left side of mop sink, 4) behind 3 compartment sink. Add an escutcheon cover for 5) Drain line on grease trap, and 6) Drain line for hand sink in front area. Seal around 7) water lines under food preparation sink in back kitchen area. Finish cleanable surface for 8) dry wall and bare wood edges on left side entry gap in front area near computer, and 9) side trim of FRP near outlet on left side in front area. All surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.

Adjust shelving under preparation table in back kitchen area to maintain at least 6 inches off the floor for food protection and easy cleaning.
